In terms of the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as “the Law”), GLOBAL ENGINEERING GROUP S DE RL DE CV and/or GEG CONSTRUCTION S DE RL DE CV, or any other company of the same group (hereinafter “THE COMPANIES”), with address at Boulevard Manuel Gómez Morín No. 9360, Colonia Partido Senecú Local 3C, Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua; C.P. 32545, establishes this Privacy Notice in accordance with the following:

By accepting and authorizing the processing of your personal data in the aforementioned terms, you expressly authorize us to transfer them to authorities at any level (Federal, State, Municipal), public and private organizations, various companies and/or individuals, within and outside of Mexico, with the purpose of communicating and offering our products and services.
5.- The temporality of the handling of your Personal Data will be indefinite from the date on which you provide them to us, and you may oppose the handling of these at any time that you consider appropriate, with the limitations of the Law; In the event that your opposition request is appropriate, THE COMPANIES will stop handling your Personal Data without any responsibility on our part.
6.- The Administration area of THE COMPANIES responsible for processing your personal data is obliged to comply with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility protected by Law; For this reason, based on articles 13 and 14 of the Law, THE COMPANIES undertake to keep your personal data strictly confidential, as well as to maintain the administrative, technical and physical security measures that allow them to be protected against any damage, loss, alteration, access or unauthorized treatment.
7.- In terms of the provisions of article 22 of the Law, you have the right at any time to exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) regarding the processing of personal data provided, as well as revoke the consent granted in this document, for which you must contact us by email; The procedure and requirements that your application must contain in accordance with the provisions of the law and its regulations, are the following:

Once your request to exercise your ARCO rights has been received, duly integrated and with the current legal requirements, you will receive a response from us within a period not exceeding 20 business days. If you are dissatisfied with the notified response, you will have a period of 20 business days to contact us, indicating your disagreement or concern, in order to resolve said situation.
If you do not respond to our response within the indicated period, THE COMPANIES understand in good faith that you are satisfied with our response.
THE COMPANIES have adopted the personal data protection security levels legally required by law and its regulations, under the principles of legality, quality, strict security rules, confidentiality and consistency of information.
We inform you that your personal data and sensitive personal data will be protected under strict administrative, technical and physical security measures which have been complemented in order to protect your personal data against damage, alteration, destruction or use or access or treatment. This privacy statement is subject to the privacy policy of THE COMPANIES which constitutes a legal agreement between you and THE COMPANIES.
THE COMPANIES reserve the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time, to address new legislation or jurisprudence, internal policies, new requirements for the provision or offering of our services and practices in the market.
12.- THE COMPANIES will protect your Personal Data in the terms of the Law, and will communicate the elements contained in the fractions of article 16 of the Law.
